Q: What is private label bottled water?	A: It’s having custom bottles water with your logo on it. Private label bottled water allows you to advertise your organization, and market your products, and services. Private label bottled water is great to customers leave events with your company name, logo, message, and contact information in their hands. It's not just for businesses; we also design private labels for special occasions like weddings, birthday parties, holidays and corporate events. Whether you want to resell it, use it as a promotional item, or as a fund-raising tool, White Water is dedicated to helping you get your message out!
Q: What kind of water does White Water use?	A: White Water uses premium, purified water.
Q: What is the shelf life of bottled water?	A: All of our pure water has a shelf life of 2 years.
ORDERING:
Q: Do you require a minimum order?	A. We can accommodate orders from cases to truckloads. Please contact us for details.
Q: After I place an order, when can I expect delivery?	A: Product is normally shipped 14 days after approval of artwork.
Q: What kind of bottles do you use?	A: White Water uses high-quality PET (plastic) bottles that are lightweight and clear in color with a smooth label panel and ridges. We also have available a dark blue PET bottle, please contact us for pricing and sizes. These bottles will not affect the refreshing taste of the water.
Q: What kinds of caps do you offer?	A: All of our bottles come with a standard flat safety cap with a single safety seal around at the base of the cap or a pull top sport cap.
Q: Do we have to use all of our labels on the first order?	A: No, client labels are kept in stock for re-orders and artwork is kept on file for a period of two years.
Q: Can re-orders be placed after the initial order?	A: Re-orders are not a problem. There is no additional set-up charge.
ARTWORK
Q: What are the charges for set-up and artwork?	A: Charges vary depending on order size, complexity, spot color, and/or four-color process. Please contact us for more details at sales@whitewaternow.com
Q: What kind of labels do you use?	A: Custom labels are made from a permanent adhesive, pressure-sensitive label with a paper laminate overlay that is completely submersible with no effect to the label color or message. PMS colors may be used on white or clear stock.
Q: Can you do four-color process orders?	A: Yes. Please call for a quote for a four-color process label.
DELIVERY:
Q: Can White Water arrange for the shipping of my order?	A: Yes, with pleasure. We will furnish a quote when you supply us with the destination zip code, the size bottle to be ordered, and the size of the order.
Q: How many pallets can be placed on a truck?	A: Each 53 ft. truck can accommodate 22 pallets.
Q: What are the dimensions of the pallets?	A: The pallet size is 48" x 40".
